Trailer Class means you might not be able to afford a
regular trip to the Yoga Studio. It also means you might be a single mom and
leaving your kids while you work is already too much for your heart to take. You
still need the mind and body nourishment yoga provides. I highly recommend a
yoga mat (worth the money, so you don't slip and it gets you off that
questionable carpet). Then subscribe to yogaglo.com for $18 a month and you can
take unlimited quality classes to nourish your body and soul. Of course you
have to have a computer and Internet. Trailer Class Karmic Challenges that is what I call
them.
So, if you don't have Internet, visit your local library and check out some video's! If they don't have them, really bad karma, ask them to buy some. If they won't buy any yoga DVD’s send me an email and I'll make sure that you get some!! I need to work on my karma too.
